- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. The lady who answers the phone (Catherine?) was horrible rude and hung up on me. She thought I was someone else and proceeded to accuse me of harassing the company. When I explained that I was not who she thought it was she hung up on me with NO apology. I've never been treated so badly and for no reason! She should make sure she knows who she is talking to before she starts chewing people out for no reason. When I called back to get her name she had the nerve to say I was being rude! Unbelievable.By K K, March 03, 2017

They have managed my annuity for 15 years, I never asked them for anything. was planning on putting in most of my retirement account with them ... not going to happen now. Hard to get in touch with.
